Enrollment Process:

• Read School Policies in their entirety
• Print Admissions Forms
• Attach all items listed below
• Attach non-refundable Application Fee of $100
• Mail to School Office
• Forms will be reviewed
• Students accepted will be notified
• Initial payment due upon acceptance

• All Forms listed on Admission Checklist
• Copy of Student's SS Card
• Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
• Copy of Student's Immunizations
• Previous School Records
